The STEEL-IT Polyurethane Coating System includes a very unique stainless steel leafing pigment, providing optimum weather, abrasion, and corrosion resistance in ALL off-road racing applications.
The easy to apply system offers a hard, non-toxic, metallic finish that protects a wide range of metallic and non-metallic surfaces from harsh ultraviolet rays, chemicals, oils, alkalis, food acids, water immersion, abrasion, and high-pressure washing.
How to Use: STEEL-IT Black Aersol Spraying
Apply it directly from the can, the product air drys and requires no baking or heating.
STEEL-IT Polyurethane 1012 blends a polyurethane resin with a unique type 316L stainless steel leafing pigment to produce high quality, rugged, non-toxic, satin metallic finishes every time.
For the best finish on chassis and parts, garnet blast all metals to ensure a raw clean substrate and wipe over with wax and grease remover and a lint-free cloth.

The six bolt pattern is the same standard pattern used on most six bolt steering wheels such as Momo, MPI, NRG, and Sparco USA.
Featuring a red anodized finish, the quick release is SFI 42.1 rated and includes a splined steering shaft stub that welds over a 3/4 OD steering shaft.
To release the steering wheel, simply pull up on the aluminum collar. To reconnect the steering wheel you simply push the quick release hub down on to the stub.
The quick release adapter can be fully disassembled with snap ring pliers to clean any dirt and debris inside of it.
The six allen bolts that fix the steering wheel are 3/16 (10-32) diameter 1/2 long.
